You know we have faced these challenges and this optionality that is so cleanly and accurately described can become consuming. After 29 years I still feel like that 30-40 something with ambition and drive, and to be quite frank my purpose of building a company is for the next generation, that they would be the option, be happy to value my experience and keep the old dog around.
